Stripe assumed buyers are humans with cards. That’s a narrow assumption now — buyers are increasingly programs spending on a person’s behalf. The questions change: which jurisdiction is the buyer in? Did the principal authorize this transaction? Is this purchase within the agent’s scope?
Loopix answers them. We’re the merchant of record — we collect, remit, and own the legal relationship — so the agent and the creator can focus on outcomes.
Consent
Creator grants the agent a scoped key. Spend caps, allowed SKUs, expiry.
Quote
Agent requests a quote. Loopix returns total with tax for the buyer’s locale.
Charge
Loopix charges (we are the merchant). Funds settle to a holding account.
Payout
Net of fees + tax remittance, paid to the creator on the configured schedule.
